Incredibly loud all night long due to location, but that was to be expected and also makes for a great central location

at 198 meraki, the staff receptionists, ivan and reci and the crew at the resto were very helpful. pho, baguette, fresh fruits and coffee at bfast were always fulfilling.
its located at bui vien and one might find the location noisy but my friends were lullabied by the music downstairs that usually lasts past midnight.
they might need to fumigate the rooms and the sheets coz i had this itchiness since coming from there.

1. The location is nice, located at the bar street. The staff at the night is very friendly.
2. Our room is big and cozy.
1. You still can hear the loud music from the street until 4:00 am.
2. We went to the pub at night, my friend lost her phone there. She was quite panic so she went down to reception for help. She told the staff that she might left the phone at pub, could he help her to give a call to the pub? The first staff told her to wait cuz they were handing over. And just kept asking something not important e.g: How do we address the people from Taiwan or China?(?????????) Finally the one on duty came out. She said the story again, but the staff looks like unwillingly to help, just kept questioning her"Are you sure you left at bar? You looks quite drunk when you come back....etc"
After that he asked her to send the message to her phone to let SOMEONE delete her data because he personally suspect the phone was been stolen and the person might abuse her info. WHO CARES????? All she want is just check WHETHER SHE LEFT THE PHONE AT THE PUB OR NOT????? Since 5:00 am until 09:00 am, she felt so tired and gave up in the end.
Then, the best part is that when we already checked out. We were waiting the Grab to the airport. NOW the staff came to us to ask do you want me call the pub to check with them?
WHY DID YOU JUST CALL AT THE FIRST PLACE????????
I understood is our problem that my friend didn't look after her phone. But when she asked for help, this customer service is awful.

Chỗ nghỉ sạch, nhân viên thân thiện, lễ phép. Vị trí thuận lợi để đi các địa điểm du lịch.
Vì nằm trên Bùi Viện nên ồn.
Nghỉ 4 đêm tại đây. 3 đêm điều hoà kêu ồn, 1 ngày 1 đêm rò nước, đã báo từ sáng nhưng k thấy có ng đến sửa, tối lại rò nước tiếp.
Dịch vụ thuê xe: xe hỏng p dắt bộ về đổi xe, trả xe lúc 9h tối thì bên cho thuê k còn làm việc để trả; khách sạn k có chỗ để xe, p dắt xe đi gửi, 20k/đêm.
